The Hindi Department has been acclaimed internationally too, as the Head of the Department Dr. P.K. Jayalakshmi has been deputed as ICCR Chair in the Dept. of Indology, University of Sofia, Bulgaria for 2 years. She has successfully represented the country in propagating Indian Culture across the European Countries from 2012-2014.
